ERP-One Consulting is looking for a Senior Account Executive – ERP Solutions, based in Central or Eastern United States (Chicago, Detroit, New Jersey, New York, Boston areas are preferred)

Senior Account Executive

ERP-One Consulting is looking for a respected professional with at least 5 years of consultative sales and new business development in ERP Consulting Services and Products to grow our JD Edwards business. An expert presenter, negotiator and businessperson who builds strategic partnerships and gains consensus across multiple organizational levels to maximize results. Experience selling technology products and services with focus on customer needs is required. The key to success in this role is to ask the right questions to understand the client’s business operations, as well as to identify their current and future pain points.

We are hiring you to FIND and CLOSE deals. You should be outgoing, personable, and passionate about the business you represent.

What we value from our Senior Account Executive…

  • 5+ years of B2B sales, hunting, prospecting and closing new deals
  • Experience selling ERP, CRM or other Enterprise Application Professional and Managed Services is required, with a strong preference to experience in the JD Edwards ecosystem
  • Experience selling software products is an asset
  • Self-starter with comfort reaching out and communicating with prospective customers
  • Strong background in developing and generating new pipeline and exceeding quota including a diligence to sales planning and execution
  • Excellent communications and listening skills to key stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Experience in understanding client requirements and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to work with a selling team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time while paying strict attention to detail

What’s a regular day for our Senior Account Executive…

  • Your responsibility is dedicated to developing and pursuing sales strategies aimed towards finding net new business opportunities in your region, building a pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic and disciplined individual effort
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services and demonstrate expertise in solving customer problems with the benefits of our solutions
  • Discuss and demonstrate ERP-One’s added value and capabilities to prospects and clients
  • Consistently maintain accurate information of your activities, next steps, probabilities, communications and forecasting within our sales tools
  • Develop sales strategies for new clients, including identifying target markets and creating presentations to showcase product offerings
  • Conduct regular account reviews with existing clients to provide a great customer experience, keep communication open, and be prepared to offer new solutions
  • Identify and grow opportunities, collaborating with appropriate resources to ensure growth objectives
  • Prepare effective presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate long term agreements/contracts with customers including pricing, terms, and conditions of sale
  • Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars and trade shows, and develop strong relationship with strategic partners
  • Proactively identify, escalate and participate in resolving clients and prospects concerns issues
